Team Cohesion Activities in April---funny sporting meeting
Our company held the annual sporting meeting in 21st April 2013,which is the activities must be held no matter how busy we are.. Spring is a recovery session ,all of us like outdoor running and the tug-of -war competition. The activities including : kangaroo jump,tug-of-war competition,100 meter relay,through the hoop,standing in chair. The competition was conducted under our laughing,though it was raining on the half way ,we still try our best to fight for their department especially in the process of tug-of war competition. Our team work sprit move each employee scene.
All the sound of cheer ,hurrah fall and rises,we yelled for our team and showed our team cohesion
We not only trained ourselves but also achieved the team cooperation sprit which shapes our team cohesion. The young guys who are fulled with energy and confident,we help each other and get along with each other friendly. The sprit is just our enterprise sprit: working hard and never give up.
